The studio has a 1.35 m bed my sofa bed, plus two wardrobes for more comfort during the stay.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen utensils, allowing you to prepare your meals in complete comfort.

The bathroom has a shower, hygienic shower and laundry area with washing machine.

The house is located within an urbanization with large gardens, green areas, seasonal communal pool and tennis courts, offering a perfect environment to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

The communal swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September.
